If all items are in stock, your order is shipped in 3 - 5 business days. In a very rare instance, an order can take as long as 4 - 6 weeks because some our products are shipped from Europe. In those cases, you will be notified.

Refund & Return Policy
Consider carefully before purchasing as there are no returns on art materials, DVDS, videos or books. However, if you receive a defective product, contact us within 14 days after shipping date and it will be replaced with an identical product. Our margins are so low that we regret that we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. We will replace defective products. For a no charge replacement of a defective video, call Barbara at 1(858)578-6005. For other product replacements call first to authorize exchange. You will be given a shipping address where you can mail the defective product. TOP

Shipping & Handling
Prices do not include shipping, handling, or California sales tax. 7.75% will be added to orders shipped to California addresses (except where city taxes vary). Shipping prices are based on orders going to the same address. Outside the United States, in order to expedite your order, supply your MasterCard or Visa number for the S & H charges. There will be a $5.00 surcharge for all Canadian orders and a $10 surcharge for all other countries outside the USA plus actual shipping charges. We only ship to the following international countries: Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, The Netherlands, Ireland, Scotland, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Finland, and Norway.
